Online registration is now closed for the Conference. Unfortunately, on-site registration will no longer be permitted due to space limitations.
- The registration fee for the Conference is
$10.00 ($15.00 at the door on the day of the conference -
cash or check in exact amount) and must be mailed with a
copy of the on-line registration form. It includes lunch,
registration, sessions and workshops, and conference
materials. This fee is non-refundable.
- The Registration Deadline is February 1st.
The on-line registration web page will be up on the site
shortly.
- All bounced checks will incur both a
bounced check fee and a processing fee.
- We can only accept checks. Please
make checks payable to: NAFSA Region XI
- Please complete the online registration
form at the Survey Monkey link below and send your
conference fee ($10.00 by Feb. 1st, $15.00 at the
door):

Information for Study Abroad Offices or
Universities wanting to pay for their students to attend the
conference:
Programs or universities that
would like to pay for their students to attend the
conference should provide a list to Rochelle
Keesler at Boston University by
the February 1st Registration Deadline. The list
should include all the names of the students (first name,
last name). One check should be submitted at this time for
the payment of all the students that will participate in the
conference. If you have any questions about covering the
costs of your students, please contact
Rochelle.
